CONTAINER TRANSPORT

The SOMMER company offers a three-axle semi-trailer for transporting sea containers, the construction of which allows the cargo to be taken in various configurations.

The swan neck version and a sliding part of the rear portal is our standard, thanks to which the user can take containers of all sizes (1x30-foot, 2 x 20-foot, 1x40-foot, 1x45-foot, 2x20-foot, one heavy 20-foot alloy container in two positions). Increased distance from the king pin to the axle affects the more favourable distribution of axle loads. The extension of the beam in the rear of the vehicle prevents the bevelling of the rear part of the semi-trailer and affects the stability of the containers.

Depending on the needs of our customers, we also implement other non-standard projects for individual orders.
